"Very unorganized and unreliable practice. Jessica herself is a very nice lady, but I’ve had multiple scheduling and refill issues. They made a mistake on my refill and instead admitting there was a mistake and take accountability, they were very dismissive and provided no explanation. Told me I needed another appointment for the the refill, even though I just did it 2 months ago. No one took the time to listen to me, or explain the mix up. Very disappointed."
