"This review is for the lady that works on the front office named Ann. I came in for my visit and she stated I had a balance, I let her know that the balance was paid by the insurance 2 days ago. She proceeded to ask me to call my insurance company and verify which I did and showed her on my phone that the bill was paid! The waiting area had other patients sitting but I proceeded to call and prove her wrong. When Cigna told her this bill has been paid on 9/30 she tells them but it’s 10/2… unbelievable… Cigna proceeded to tell her you need to get it at least a week just like any other transaction. I asked Ann do you normally violate all patients privacy rights the way you did today. She took zero accountability."
"Polly Moran is the best clinician I have been to in years. She takes all the time you need, explains everything extremely well..even draws pictures, and is very informed about women’s health in general as well as about ob/gyn issues. She is nonjudgmental and curious about outlying symptoms and respects the patient's experience. She follows up with solutions and remembers and holds the details of your issues."
"I’ve been coming to SHE for about 9 years now. I found them during a random search after having a horrible experience with another gynecologist office. I saw Dr. Freylikhman throughout my entire pregnancy. He was wonderful and I miss him dearly. I stayed with SHE after he left because I always liked Dr. Burke and had seen him a few times when Dr. F was on vacation etc. my concerns have always been taken seriously. The girls in the office have always been kind and polite. When I miss a pap they call me to remind me. I really appreciate that as like gets busy it’s nice to have someone help you remember these important things. I’ve seen every provider in the office Allison, Milwako, Polly. I have found them all to be kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this office."
