"Dr. Shariari is good but her support staff , not so much. On two separate, scheduled appointments, I went to the Avon Office and the receptionist informed me my appointment had been canceled and that I would have to reschedule. I received no notice, text , phone call, nothing. Most recently, a nurse noticed a pigmented lesion while administering a Covid shot and said I should see a Dermatologist. I called the Office and was told I would have to wait until May. I explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do. Found a new Term, done with them"

"Unfortunately the receptionists were unkind and demonstrated a lack of understanding when I was less than five minutes late and put me in as a “no show” for my baby’s appointment. When I questioned their 15minute policy, I was met with eye rolling, and then proceeded to have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my appointment because the Dr was busy. I wonder though, if I had an appt and arrived for the appt, what was the doctor doing during my time slot since I was the only one in the office waiting. As someone who works in the medical field, I understand the value of a Drs time; I do not, however understand the lack of empathy to running a few minutes late due to the typical nuances that come with having a baby. I will say the Dr was phenomenal with my baby"

"Horrible communication and follow through. They refuse to use a local compounding pharmacy, stating it’s too difficult to send a RX somewhere new… while the pharmacy states otherwise. We had one appointment and I had to call numerous times to be given the run around regarding them calling in a RX. Instead of following through with her RX they terminated our relationship. I do not recommend this practice."

"My husband and I have been treated here on numerous occasions and found Dr. Amy Chen and the entire staff to be very professional, thorough, and helpful! The exam rooms are very clean and have amazing artwork, photographs really, by Dr Finch that are incredibly soothing and eyecatching! We highly recommend."

"Receptionist asks for your credit card before you are seen to “keep on file”. First red flag. Dr was a half hour late to my appointment. Waited in dirty, hot exam room. 2nd and third red flag. Then was rushed and not listen to; did not give description of what a cancer screening is and what will be done. Said she “ doesn’t have time” to talk about what I was scheduled for. I had appointment for an annual cancer screening and another skin condition. She spent maybe 10 minutes with me and it was rushed and completely seemed as though she was over her head and overwhelmed/ annoyed. I left feeling not good and as though I wasted my time. Then they charged over 300 $. Value to money doesn’t add up."
