"The MA was nice but the doctor had horrible bed side manner. I had several tests done prior to coming in and they had none and it was made to seem like it was my fault they didn't have them. I was then told by the doctor that "I'm going to ask yes or no questions, if I don't need to hear more, I'm just going to cut you off." I also had a heart monitor test and when I didn't hear back after a while about the results, I called and was told the doctor I saw was going to be out for a month for vacation. I do not recommend this place if you can avoid it."

"Desk people are impatient, even more impatient if someone has difficulty communicating. Both doctors I've seen were very disinterested. The last one refused to hear about a vital piece of information. Focusing only on one symptom which may have been caused by the medication I had just come off of (because of a severe reaction). After three tries, I gave up on filling her in. Procedure was booked after I made it very clear I could not do it that day (unless I went by horse and buggy). :P Most doctors I've seen lately at Hartford Hospital (mainly talking about doctors) seem to block out what you're saying so they can keep to the 15 minute schedule block. Or else pre-occupied in some way. I say this even about the one who was my favorite doctor for 15-20 years. He is acting the same now. (Stepford Doctors?) I think its dangerous to go there, but I have no other choice right now."

"Windham Cardiology's inept staff is extremely lax in calling in vital medications, over and over. Then they refuse to own up to their substandard performance. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional and caring practice."
