"I went to Prime Health on March 10th, 2021 to see Dr. Singh about some serious allergic reaction I was experiencing which scared me last week. He decided to dismiss my complaints and instead wrote the finding of my 2019 lab reoprt as my current diagnosis. I think what Dr. Singh did was unethical and committed insurance fraud. This was my first visit with him and I cannot trust him. I am going to look for a another PCP. Please stay away from him."
"My husband has been assigned to Dr Singh. He had blood work done and needed a referral . we have been trying for a week and a half to get someone to answer the phone. We leave messages and have not heard back from anyone. this is very frustrating and serious."
"I'm not impressed by this place in the least. You walk in and are greeted with a closed frosted window and multiple passive aggressive signs. You're expected to stand in front of the window until someone notices you and decides to greet you. You have plenty of time to admire the multiple pro-breastfeeding signs which are all well and good until you get a patient that physically cannot breastfeed. We waited 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time for Dr. Gazi. Another patient left because she had waited so long for the same doctor. I was in the restroom when my client got called in. I asked reception where I should go to be with my client for her appointment, and I was told, "The doctor doesn't want you in there." It was only a routine check up, there was no reason I should have been told I couldn't be in the room with her. If customer service is important to you I'd surely steer clear of this office."
