"Been here over an hour. No communication. Nurses hanging out at their station. It’s like walking into a bank, seeing about 5-6 people behind the counter and there is one teller. And, there are 10 people in line."
"I tried the NOT convenient care this week. I had fevers a sweats, sore throat, sinus pain, nasal mucous, headache, awful coughing and coughing up thick yellow mucous. The NP was dismissive and condescending. She ordered an X-ray and called me later advising it’s not pneumonia. She prescribed prednisone, a med to stop coughing (not a decongestant) and an inhaler. She refused to order bloodwork. She told me many things can cause a high WBC count and a high WBC count doesn’t mean I have an infection. True, HOWEVER, my other symptoms are screaming for a blood count! Five days later and I am much worse. I’m now coughing up blood and more thick disgusting yellow mucous. I clearly explained to this NP that I care for my 88YO mother and I don’t want to pass this on to her! She refused my request for bloodwork to rule out an infection. Her portal report indicates I went there for a ‘cough’ and mentions nothing about my other symptoms. Go to a provider that has listening skills and avoid the NP at the NOT CONVENIENT care at Wing!"
"I arrived at 9:00 and was seen almost right away. The nurse was great but i forgot her name . The doctor was very nice as well. With lab work and x-rays I was out of there by 10:30. I would highly recommend this place but get there early if you can."
"I went to Palmer Convenient Care on Monday 6/26 for the first time. I could not have had a better experience. I was seen in a timely manner, the check in staff was very nice and helpful and I was seen by Stephen Gobeille, PA who was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything."
"PCP office sent me here for X-Rays due to a fall so I could save the ER co-pay and deductible. Check-in person was super nice but I felt like I had to sign my life away just to be seen. I'm still not sure how they get away with having you sign a blank pad and just verbally tell you what you're signing. But when you're in pain and want to be seen, you'll do it anyway. DR came in and observed my swelling/bruises and was surprised that I had been walking around like this for a week. I explained I thought it would get better after a few days but now concerned due to swelling, bruising/discoloration and wanted X-Rays to make sure nothing was fractured. She said I have too much trauma to be treated there. So instead of x-raying me, she said I had to go through the ER for X-Rays and suggested I might need to meet with the ER trauma team. Really? I drove there and walked in unaided but now I need a trauma team? I had to leave and start all over in the ER. Very frustrating and what I was hoping to avoid. 2 hours before they took me. The attendants in the ER couldn't understand why CC DR wouldn't even do the x-rays. I left CC feeling like the CC DR didn't want to deal with me or perhaps she didn't believe my injuries were really from a fall. Not sure if that's true but it's how I felt. Turns out, after the X-Rays were done in the ER, nothing was broken anyway. Certainly the CC Drs could have read X-Ray results and given me the same information the ER did. I didn't want to spend all day to have X-Rays done, which only took 10 minutes. Now I'll be billed from both places and the ER bill alone will be over $500. I did not need an Emergency Room visit just for X-Rays! I do not recommend CC. Apparently, the Doctors can choose who they want to treat and who they don't."
