"If you want to stay alive and maintain a healthy lifestyle, don’t go here for medical help. The best care this place has to offer is their on-call nurses that are available after hours. Forget trying to see their normal doctors during the day because you’ll never be able to get an appointment nor will you be able to talk to someone on the phone. If their automated phone attendant doesn’t send you to their after hours message and hang up on you, then the line will just keep ringing. If you do manage to get an appointment and truly need medical care as an adult they will keep rescheduling any follow ups and tell you to go to the emergency room. Heck even pharmacies struggle to get ahold of someone to refill maintenance medication because they won’t answer their phone. The responses from doctors are also rather dismissive and unhelpful as if they’re just relaying text book information and want to get you out the door as soon as possible. Definitely lining themselves up for some serious medical malpractice. If you want to see a therapist, absolutely come here for their behavioral healthcare. Their clinicians are amazing and very responsive. Always willing to help and work with patients to create healthy goals."

"I went to them for the first time it was amazing to see how beautiful and nice and spacious the building is. And the staff is so wonderful and friendly and patient they really care. What I really love is the fact that, The Dr.Dentist is a young educated black woman. I don't meant to sound rude, and make it seem like race matters. however, being a black woman myself it's very rare for me to witness. Especially in Connecticut. I love that, it motivates me. She is very intelligent and educated. And patient. Plus she's friendly. Everyone there actually cares about you. They want the best for you."

"This office has been amazing with me. They have helped me medically, and mentally and help me through domestic violence issues. I went from wanting to die and doing drugs to being proud to be clean and working in being a better me. I still have some health issues going on but it feels good to go there and see their faces while I tell them I really am a different person from a year ago to now. Just some advice if u have someone hurting you tell them if u want to not do drugs they didn't judge me and I feel they really see how much work and effort I put in my life. "I needed a Dr who takes Husky insurance, but I should have read the reviews first. There's seems to be no communication between the doctors and nurses, I had to go over things twice and felt like the dr didn't understand that I had already discussed everything with the nurse! She also wants to send me for bloodwork that I already did this year with my old Dr when they don't even have my medical files yet! Super unprofessional and very much like "this is what will happen goodbye". Probably won't go back. I saw Dr Chery."
