"The fact it's impossible to ever talk to a provider is ridiculous. Instead, you play the long game giving messages between the medical assistant and the provider, finding out appointments are about a month wait. The people that answer the phones.. They are a joke. While I haven't had any issues with the provider, the staff and the company is just ridiculous. I'm searching around for new a new PCP because the way this place treats their clients is just cringe worthy."

"Dr. Laport misdiagnosed me with a mental illness 17 years ago and I've felt like a Guinea pig getting medications switched all of the time for no reason because his diagnosis was wrong. Don't go to Dr Laport for phyciatric meds either. He had me on a combination that led me to have a heart attack and in the hospital. The phyciatrist at Lawrence and Memorial was very upset that I was combined those meds."
