"I love my endocrinologist and the convenience of the location. She’s always been very thorough and makes me feel like she’s looking out for me. They are always on time with my appointments and the office staff seems friendly. My Graves’ disease has been a very difficult journey and I can admit I’m often irritable and frustrated with my options, but my Dr had always been there for me. My critical review would be that the office staff has changed over the years. Although they are friendly enough, they are not as reliable as in the past. The office is also booked up for months. I've been considering skipping all this and just go forward without medical care. It would be much less stressful. The worst is their answering service. They are snide, uncompassionate and argumentative. They cut you off and don’t listen to the caller."
"The office is non-responsive and their administration staff is outright rude. Two personal experiences for the illustration why if you could, you should seek help elsewhere: 1. It takes 3+ months for their endocrinologist to review the blood test results by which time the results are irrelevant. 2. After the referral from PCP the office contacts the patient after 7 months(!) delay in order to schedule the visit after another 6 months(!) waiting. The total waiting time from the referral to the first visit is 13 months(!) for existing patient. They don’t pick up phone calls neither they return voicemails."
"Good team as with any medical office you need to advocate for yourself your health is also your responsibility the doctors are there to advise you, not do it for you"
"Joke."
