"Spoke with someone over the phone, filled out online forms, made an appointment to come in a week in advance, but when I showed up they said they don't take ConnectiCare insurance and the out-of-pocket cost to be seen would be $300. I told them I couldn't afford that and they said they were sorry but they couldn't help me. I started feeling some pain in my knee after a long distance bike ride and figured they could help, oh well. Guess I'll just have knee pain for a while. Welcome to the American medical industry."

"I’m not sure if the other reviews were paid off or what but this organization is a joke. The phone reps are miserable and rude, when you call to schedule an appointment they have you running through a bunch of hoops and they’re the WORST when it comes to communication. I’ve needed surgery for both of my knees and expressed to my doctor that I am getting to the point where I can barely walk most days. Do you think my doctor had any sense of urgency with my situation? Heck no. I have been blown off the past week since my appointment and I am disgusted with how I’ve been treated especially being a man of color. You would think that they’d care more about your health and take greater initiative but all I’ve received is runaround questions. If you can go elsewhere, please learn from my nightmare of an experience and go somewhere where the team members have urgency."
