"Just to make an appointment was a train wreck. When I finally got one(2 months out)the office called me 2 hours before the appointment to cancel it!!! Said it was out of their control. So I rescheduled with another doctor in this group, I was called again that that doctor was going to be out of town for a week. I told them, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Horrible way to do business especially for a new patient. If I could I'd give it half a star"

"The doctor was great. Trying to schedule a surgery has been a nightmare. The surgery scheduler was totally inept. Did not return calls. Changed date of surgery three times. Changed back to original date one week before surgery causing me to reschedule time off once again as well as my spouses time off to be able to take me."

"Get new receptionists. The ones from Dr. Tarantino's office should be fired. All of them. I called ahead and they told me to come down and will see me when I get there. I checked in and they handed me the paperwork. My wife then waited for 30 minutes and went up to the counter and asked when I would be seen. They told me the doctor was behind. We waited another 30 minutes and went up to the counter to ask when we will be seen. The receptionist asked the name and they told my wife she will be seen shortly (I'm a 30 yr old man) my wife told them that I was in fact a man and the receptionist have her the talk to hand motion. After the 70+ minute wait the nurse who brought me to the room told me they didn't know I had arrived. So I repeat fire all of the receptionists."
