"Paramount Wellness Retreat, from a resident's perspective, is a supportive, safe, protective environment that allows us to not only process what got us here but gives us a safe space to let out vulnerabilities we did not previously feel safe sharing or trust sharing. I know coming into Paramount, it would be 30 days and I expected to coast through it with no trouble, but I realized real fast that it is intensive in a way that will do nothing but help and push me towards the light. "Without a doubt, an incredible place. Smack dab in the middle of nowhere, right across from a beautiful park on the CT river. Staff and peers have been fantastic, and it's such a tight knit community, it's impossible not to feel safe and welcome. The facility is immaculate, the food is great, and the beds are comfortable.
