"Nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone, their schedule is very busy so it is very hard to get an appointment. I’ve only been a patient for a year but every appointment I’ve made has had to be rescheduled."

"The doctors here are very good and knowledgeable and I trust them. The management of the day to day operations is horrible. I just spent 40 minutes on hold just to schedule an appointment. I had a chest xray scheduled for 9 am and waited a full hour because the technician wasn't scheduled to begin his day until 9:30. These types of things should never happen. I had hoped when they moved from East Center St. things would improve but they have only gotten worse."

"Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! This place is a factory. If you don’t want to be billed for literally any deviation in your scheduled appointment, you will be billed through the roof and in a very unethical and unscrupulous manner. So incredibly unprofessional with the 30 min wait times on hold and then no return phone call as promised several times. Charged for breathing treatment which the machine was broke and the Dr. knew, and still billed me. I was charged 65.00 for covid test with out my consent after telling them I tested neg 3 x in 2 days. I Will be leaving my Dr. Dr. Carta who has been my PCP for 40 years. Not doing the corporate thing any longer. You’re just a number and they clearly have quotas to reach! So dissatisfied and disappointed. I have never been treated so poorly through a medical establishment. I’m not even doing justice to how awful they are."

"Dr. Karen Sullivan what is the most rude, unprofessional doctor that I have ever dealt with in my life. I went with my boyfriend’s appointment because he’s having health issues and we moved so he change doctors. It was a first time seeing her, and we were yelled at literally yelled at and told us that nothing was up for discussion when we were just asking about a health issue. She was too busy filling out her stuff on the computer to answer any questions which was ridiculous, considering it was a physical appointment in a first doctor appointment with her. She should be fired. She should not have a license to practice. She does not care about her patients. She’s rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning to see her. I’m finally a complaint with the bureau of doctors of Connecticut. She’s an old crone with a bad attitude that does not deserve to be practicing medicine."

"I showed up 3 minutes late, the person in front of me was scheduled for the appointment after me. she got in first, okay I get it she technically got in first even though I was scheduled before her. The person who came 10 minutes after me went in before. I'm on my lunch break and only here to get approval for a blood draw! It takes over 50 minutes to just be called in and no organization. Worse no consideration for anyone's time. The only reason for 2 Stars is Dr. Brodi is very good."
