"The staff there are great. The PT guy was super nice as well as the audiologist. Dr.Eisen was so easy to talk to and friendly. If I have to ever go back, I know I'll be well taken care of. I would recommend to anyone having problems with dizziness to go here."
"Excellent practice! Interesting tests/exams; very professional, friendly, and experienced staff (from front desk receptionist to Med Asst, Audiologist, Physical Therapist, to the practice provider [Dr. Eisen]); and beautiful office setting, as well. Highly recommend for ear/dizziness evaluation!"
"My first gripe is with the lack of transparency. I sat in the chair to get a hearing test and the nurse immediately determined I needed my ear wax cleaned. I said sure, assuming it was just part of a standard visit. This practice did not make it clear that I would be billed separately for cerumen removal on top of the E/M for the visit. Second, on review of the AAO-HNSF guideline for coding, I do not believe the procedure was justified as being billed separately. Especially, considering how quickly the determination was made to remove the cerumen. This bill was a surprise and it isn’t a financial burden I can bear at the moment. They were not willing to work with me on it, and instead somewhat spitefully said “well then the bill will just go into collections” ..I didn’t appreciate the extra kick of sand in the face."
"Dr.Eisen and his staff seemed very kind/compassionate. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. I would definitely recommend him as we have been two many different drs to be told there was nothing they could do but he has already proven them wrong."
"I had a horrible experience with Dr. Eisen. After making me wait for 25 minutes, he barely allowed me to tell him about my affliction before cutting me off and proceeding to tell me 1) he didn't know what was wrong with me, 2) he didn't know why it happened, 3) he didn't know if it would ever resolve and 4) as I sat there in tears with my 2.5 year old son nearby, offered to then refer me to a psychologist so that I could "learn how to deal with a life with these symptoms." This man is rude, arrogant, and a terrible doctor. I would never treat a patient the way he treated me, even if I didn't have any answers. I left in tears. Shame on him."
