Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Meeting Dr. Shivanna Subramani-Gonzalez was like meeting your long lost best friend. She cares and it shows! Her knowledge is extensive and evident and her compassion is like a warm hug right when you really needed one. I have had a long list of doctors due to being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a decade ago and Dr Shivanna is the first one that actually listened to what I had to say - she offered a solution and for the first time in 10 years, I woke up without pain!!! All because she listened to my concerns about my not wanting to take meds and feeling drugged. Her follow-up is on point and shows she cares. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. To be treated like a whole person instead of just addressing one thing at a time is a relief. I finally feel seen and heard!
