"If i could rate it a negative stars o would. My daughter had an appointment in the Rocky Hill office. I asked her if she could make a contact appointment for my oldest daughter. She was short and snippy stating my insurance does not cover it. After explained to her that it should cover it… she finally came to the conclusion that had the wrong insurance on file. I told her twice i had the insurance card with me but she insisted on me giving her my social security number in which I refused and explained to her once again I have the insurance card on my phone. She then became upset as I pointed out her error. To say the least I just said forget it because I was not going back and forth with her to give the correct insurance information with her nasty attitude. All the time her ego was bruised for being proven she was incorrect and shown her errors. They need a new front desk person in Rocky Hill! Her attitude is garbage and she is incompetent with not gathering insurance information on file for my daughter and refusing to accept the correct one. I would rather get a bill in the mail to then submit my insurance information than to deal with her attitude!"

"Literally the friendliest, best service I’ve ever had in an eye doctor’s office. The technician, V (Vanessa), answered all of my questions and helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Catherine Ferrentini was super funny and knowledgeable. The eye glasses technician, Aaron, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses! Love it here."

"Been a customers for years but the services is getting worst to really bad . I have an appointment on Dec 18,2023 fully paid my eyeglasses and contact lenses but not until January 8, 2024 that I called them on the status of my eyeglasses. Then they told me my eyeglasses has been there since Dec 29 but never get any calls or communications about it and my contacts they still have to call the manufacturer about the status. What a joke."

"I scheduled an appointment with Dr Patel. She was awesome! She was super helpful and patient, and was able to answer all of my questions. The staff up front were great too and got me matched with my new frames and out the door very efficiently. I just picked up my new glasses yesterday and literally cried when I realized that I’m able to read things at distances I’ve never been able to read at. I will be back for all my future exams here."

"Yesterday was my first time going here and from the time I walked in until I time I left was an absolutely great experience! The 2 girls who did my intake and eye exams were friendly and thorough. My eye doctor Reshima Patel , was so friendly and one of the best eye doctors I ever had ! And I’ve been wearing glasses for over 37 years ! She even showed me what my eyes looked like after all the tests were done and explained everything . I have never had that done before. Ashley was wonderful and I felt she really gave me a good deal with my contacts and this place is not even that expensive! I was very impressed with Myeyedr in the Rocky hill office and I plan to bring my son there soon ."
