"I had an xray done three days ago and the two techs completing it was awesome. They were polite and upbeat, although later in the day. I was in and out. My results were sent the next day. Thank you for treating me with respect."
"My experience with them was great, however one of the partners they use, Radiological Associates of Middletown (RAM), has awful billing practices that might end up impacting your credit. You will call RAM and pay a bill, and they won’t tell you that you have any past due bills. Instead, they’ll happily let you pay only the current bill, and send your other bill to collections. I had a less than $40 bill sent to collections, which was due well before 5/24/22, and when I called to make a payment on a different bill on that date, they didn’t bother making me aware of this overdue bill. A health provider is only as great as the other providers they force you to interact with, so hopefully they will think harder about using RAM for their radiology needs. Just to be clear, my bad review is because a provider they use is bad, Middlesex Outpatient Center in my experience was good. But as long as they send people’s radiological results to RAM, they are submitting more people to RAM’s bad billing practices."
"I have been coming here for many many years, either for blood work, which the ladies that take my blood are outstanding, kind and friendly.I have very small veins and it's hard to find, so I tell them and they take care of it no problem.... And the ladies behind the counter are also very courteous and kind and keep your information private and make sure everything is correct before you leave and leave with a smile....,. And for our breast exams I have every six months they do their job well..,.And even though they are very busy it's done within a reasonable time..."
"My wife went here for a nerve test and she was in a lot of pain but the doctor was very patient and helped her through the entire process. She was understanding of how painful it was and did everything she could to keep my wife at ease. A+ for great bed side manner."
"I come here several times a year to have blood drawn for various doctors needs. Every time I've come in, the registration process is quick and efficient. After registration, the wait times are always reasonable, but vary, when there are several people in the waiting area. Once my name is called, the actual drawing takes less than two minutes on average. I've never experienced any more than a mild "pinch" sensation when they insert the needle, and far more often, feel nothing at all with any of the many phlebotomists that have drawn my blood over the ten years I've been coming here. I just can't watch while they insert the needle in my arm. Makes me very queasy. I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes, and I think that's a very reasonable amount of time."
