"Dr. An is so nice and makes Ella feel really comfortable. I feel like he reads up on her status before she sees him and he has really great suggestions for her future care. All of the staff is super friendly and they explain everything really well to Ella (as well as me). Dr. An read up and knew her history before coming in to see her, even though it had been 8 months since our last visit."

"I went back 12 years later to discover if I had overcome my allergy (sadly no). The location is excellent in that it has off street parking. Atmosphere is calming and the staff are friendly. Dr. Lee is kind and attentive as well as humorous. His staff are knowledgeable, helpful and I felt confident I was in capable hands. And I was. The best part was the fact that I could fill out all the paperwork online and just come right in! Hooray for efficiency! Dr. Lee also works in more than one location, so it works well with wherever one may live. Even after 12 years, I didn't forget them or their level of high competence. (My specific review is for the West Hartford location)"

"I'm surprised at the one star reviews. I have not had a bad experience with office staff. I have found the office staff helpful. In my mind, one cancelled appointment doesn't mean the practice is no good. I've had appointments when needed. My child's doctor is always very responsive. When my child has a flare up, I can get a message to the doctor. The doctor has called me at night and on weekends, even on Sunday, to follow progress and address the flare up. The doctor is thoughtful about what medicines to use and how much, balancing the need to treat the asthma with a desire not to over-medicate or cause bad side effects. I would recommend this practice."
