"Staff in Shelton & Waterbury office's were wonderful!! Unfortunately, when they tried to do the in office procedure, the medication didn't take and the numbing cottons that go up your nose burnt a small hole inside nazal passage!!!! I was told by Yale ENT that ruined my nose!!!!"
