"This dry cleaner is very good. As someone who wears dress shirts every day and the occasional suit, I've used several dry cleaners over the years with mostly underwhelming results. Once I moved to Ridgefield four years ago I gave these guys a shot and would not think about changing. The shirts and suits are always exactly like I request and best of all, they deliver! I also encourage you to read the negative review on here - one who clearly did not give good instructions about what he wanted then blamed the business, one who said they were unfriendly - the guy who delivers my shirts could not be nicer to me, my kids and my dog (!), and another who gave 1 star and didn't bother to leave a comment. Don't let the overall rating fool you. These guys are great!"

"Don’t understand anything going on here. If you tell them not to use starch on shirts they will tell you “okay, we won’t put starch”, then give you a receipt for a reasonable price. When you show up they’ll charge you 3.5x the original price because they changed it after you left to hand press. They also will not listen to any tailoring requests. Better options available."
