"Annual physical, my second time in the past 18 months was again another joke. Since the male physicians at ProHealth either retired or moved to another group, I needed to find a new male PCP. I came to Hartford Healthcare expecting it to be as good or better than ProHealth. The annual physical, wait, let's call it an annual discussion was a complete wast of my time and insurance money. Other than CBC script, blood pressure, listen to heart and lungs, nothing else. No list of questions or topics to fill out prior to discussion. No check on balance, nerve reflex, eye movement, throat or nose check, lumps or bumps, skin check, the list goes on and on. ProHealth preforms all these aforementioned checks and more at an annual physical. Hartford Healthcare PCP does none of them. I wasted the one year free insurance welness exam. So disappointed since this is the second time I had a physical with this same PCP at Hartford Healthcare. I just do not understanding this, so maybe someone can reach back out to me and explain the lack of wellness checks at Hartford Healthcare."
