"Amazing service all the way around, including the minute clinic. Rachael and Kathy team there could not be any more helpful. Everything is very clean and will go back out of my way to use this CVS. I just cannot give more of a postive review."

"DO NOT try to come here for any reason without ID. You can't use your insurance here without ID even if you have smoothly picked up things at CVS with your insurance for years. They need ID for everything. The website process was easy. It let me upload my insurance card before I got there. I rolled out of bed for a routine non COVID test and thought I had it all set to get my test having done all the check in. If CVS needs ID how hard would it be to let me upload my ID or explicitly mention in the multiple texts I got that ID is required. Even at the kiosk before I waited like 20mins, why did it ask for my insurance card and fail to let me know that I could get lost if I didn't have photo ID. I didn't need to waste time while I'm not feeling good. Staff seemed ok enough, friendly. Place is clean but I'm not going out of my way to reschedule."

"Always a great help when I need to go. The nurse Danielle is always cheerful and answered all my concerns. Good place when you dont want to deal with a urgent care for non emergency needs."

"I took my 8 year old daughter to the Minute Clinic in Old Saybrook, CT, because it was after hours at our pediatrician's office. She saw Katie, who was rude, condescending and had absolutely no interpersonal skills whatsoever. I will NEVER go there again. Anyone even considering bringing your child there should consider going somewhere else. Very, very disappointed with the entire appointment."

"I’ve waited over a week to post this review.I was told that I would be contacted within a few days by someone to air my grievance and since I wasn’t contacted I’m putting it on this page. I came home from work and was told my grandson was complaining of an earache.He was suppose to play golf and for him to complain of pain we knew it must be serious.Since his pediatrician’s office was closed I called Minute Clinic and the tape said it was open till 7:30pm.We rushed there and arrived at approximately 7:10 only to find the doors closed.But I did hear laughter coming from behind the door so I waited.After a minute or two a young woman emerged and upon seeing me said I’m sorry we’re closed.When I told her that it was only 7:15 and my 9 year old grandson was in a lot of pain.The supervisor came out and said that they they were closed and to give him some Tylenol and then return in the morning.When asked if she would just look in his ear to see if antibiotics were needed she said that she couldn’t due to liability issues. So I’m not sure if I have the right to be upset with the lack of empathy or concern.I think I do since I believe health care providers should be more about compassion than punching a clock.It wasn’t like I was looking to get a booster shot or some other procedure that could wait a day. Wound up at ER where a very caring Doctor diagnosed him with the most severe ear infection that she has seen in years. Thanks CVS / NOT"
