"i recently moved to ct & needed a new doctor i was nervous at first to try someone new but today was the first time i’ve ever felt this comfortable at a doctors office!! everyone was beyond helpful and nice. the NP Elizabeth V was so caring and easy to talk too! i even received a vaccine without almost passing out, it was so quick, painless,& easy. such an amazing staff!! i am beyond happy with my appt today. im highly recommending this location to anyone looking for health care!"
"I have had several rude interactions with nurses here, when I have been nothing but calm. Had to hang up on a lady named Fatima, unsure of how to spell her name correctly, but she was raising her voice making weird claims that I had to come in because how dare I not come in the last year. I was there less than 6 months ago for this exact purpose, if you actually looked at my chart instead of getting aggressive with me I would come in Fatima. They have appointment availability for a reason, Almas is nice, not responsive all the time, but the office sucks."
"The customer service of your front desk staff needs improvement. The staff is rude and acts like they are annoyed with your questions. My family and I have been with your practice for over 20 years, I am considering changing doctors because of your front desk staff. What happened to the friendly ladies that used to greet you by name? You can contact me for details if you care about the way your state treats your patiences"
"I hate to say it, but Deanna’s post up there is spot on. Think twice about this office, especially if you find yourself needing frequent care. We started at this office with our infant. When we took him in for his first appointment, we found the receptionist had mistakenly deleted the appointment. The wonderful doctor agreed to see us anyway, and squeezed us in. Three more times the reception staff made mistakes with appointments, one time scheduling us on a day his doctor wasn’t even in, so we had to come back. We loved the doctor and nursing staff, and figured maybe this was just a simple mistake, so when it came time for me to have a checkup, I called there, too. The receptionist informed me, without even checking my insurance, that my insurance wouldn’t cover a physical, and, though I could make an appointment, she didn’t recommend it, because I would have to pay full price. I confirmed with my insurance that they would cover my visit, and offered to speak to the receptionist. I and called back. The receptionist refused to speak with the insurance company, insisted insurance companies always say they’ll pay, and she just tells people not to even make appointments, because they’re just going to come back and yell at her. I emailed the head office that they had a receptionist turning potential patients away, and the Windsor office manager called me. However, to call her back, I needed to go through reception, and never heard back after calling back twice. I gave up. A few months later, I was at the office for another reason, found a lovely receptionist, who was very helpful, and scheduled me an appointment quickly. My appointment was in October. The doctor ordered me the wrong prescription from my mail-order pharmacy (for which I auto-ship), but also ordered the right prescription, so nothing seemed amiss to me in the pharmacy emails. I was then charged for both medications. After two weeks of calling the office for a solution and getting nowhere, I again emailed the main office, and the Windsor office manager reached out to me. After a few more weeks, it was decided that they would issue me a prepaid card in the amount I was charged. If I would pay the pharmacy, and send the office the receipt, they would send me a card. I did my part, but the office still has not followed through. I emailed the office manager twice recently and heard nothing. She finally got back last week, apologizing for being away during the holidays, and assuring me she would update me by day’s end. It has been three months since my appointment, and I am still waiting on a resolution."
"This office has the worst staff. They expect you to wait for more than 30 minutes and dont even acknowledge that you are probably wondering what the hold up is. They get up and leave the desks unattended for 15 minutes while patients are arriving and unsure of what to do. They talk to people while patients are waiting to check in. The most unprofessional office I have ever been in. I am definitely going to be seen in another office in the future. The doctor's are okay but I am sure you could find someone better pretty easily. I am very worried that if I had a serious problem they would not treat me in a way that would make me feel I'm getting the best treatment."
