Midstate Radiology Associates

"Midstate Radiology Associates is awful at providing customer service. I was sent to this site for an MRI by the Department of Veterans Affairs from an injury I has sustained in Iraq in 2019. The VA Healthcare services office booked my appointment with a pre-approved authorization from Midstate. In 2022 I was contacted by a credit collection company stating Midstate had sold an account in my name without contacting myself first. The credit collection company (Remex) was very rude and sounds like they are based outside of the U.S. I attempted to reach out to Midstate without success. I contacted the Dept. of Veterans Affairs billing office who notified me they had contacted Midstate in May of 2019. In the notification it stated that Midstate had submitted their claim wrong and what they needed to submit to receive payment in full. To date Midstate has failed to provide the documentation the Dept. of Veterans Affairs requested. Dealing with the rude credit collection agency and Midstate has added to my daily stress as a veteran with PTSD. I would not use their service and have advised the VA to use other outpatient providers that are diligent in their claim submissions."

"I love this place! It’s so clean and very well organized. They’re so nice and friendly starting from the check in window to the technician. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I used to dread going for an annual mammogram. The machines are so new technology. Technician was gentle and professional. She made it so easy and simple. She was extremely kind and thoughtful. "They don’t make it easy for a working person to get tests. Can only get the test on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they don’t do the test after 4 o’clock, they don’t do anything on Saturdays So much for customer service"
