"I’d give 10 stars if I could. Everyone including the doctor, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, the receptionist and anyone else’s title I may have missed were warm, caring, informed and all around amazing. They had me when they offered me a hot blanket lol. So much so that went home and ordered a small blanket/ towel warmer lol. Great place, great staff, I highly recommend Wallingford Endoscopy Center!"

"It is pretty much impossible to talk to someone there. Even if get a live person on the phone, they can not help you. I had to cancel the procedure because they did not submit authorization request to my insurance and I could not get anyone on the phone to talk to... In addition, I just found out from My Chart note that apparently I was "very rude to the staff"... Just asking why they do not have authorization. 1 b-day before the procedure."

"I'm Linda, Jim's wife and I came in this morning for a colonoscopy. The nurses Susan and Julia, were so nice and helpful. When I said I was cold both nurses brought me heated blankets without my asking. They took care of any needs I had quickly. The Anesthesiologist explained everything and I felt calmed and cared for. Thank you staff and nurses!"

"i went into this building terrified, never ever having anesthesia not knowing what was gonna happen. i left the happiest person. i cannot begin to tell you how amazing my experience was. i also will never forget my anesthesiologist who appreciated Justin bieber like i do. they made me feel welcome, and at home. the nurses were SO nurturing, catered to all my needs and they were extremely sweet. i highly highly recommend them. best experience i’ve ever had :)"
