I made the mistake of opening a case with Claudette Narcisco almost 5 YEARS ago and I still have not heard anything back, when I do call for an update I get no response. It is Almost nearly impossible to reach Claudette Narcisco herself. Awful place and I’ve heard terrible things about her professionalism . They should not be in business and needs to close down.
