"This place is TERRIBLE. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my appointment. There is a ridiculous wait with ever appointment. Then you get scheduled for repeated ultrasounds when there is no medical need. The doctors are disinterested and don’t explain anything. It’s absolutely frustrating."

"My wife's appointment was supposed to be at 9:45 today and as I'm writing this we are still in the waiting room. They had originally said they were running 45 minutes behind but it's been over an hour. When this appointment was booked they told my wife that they were a lot quicker in the mornings (due to running behind in previous appointments) but that has proven to be a false statement. They have zero consideration for their patients personal schedules. They need to either have more staff on, or they need to not overbook. It is not fair to us or to the other patients waiting as this has affected our work schedule."

"2 girls at the front desk should be fired. They clearly don’t like their jobs and they greet people with such attitudes, you’re even scared to ask a question. I unfortunately had to come here because my doctor in Branford has a connection with them. I’ll be moving practices just to avoid this customer service."

"Haven't gotten a chance to even meet their doctors. I went in at 11 for an 11:15 appt and was told I'd have to wait 30-45 minutes. I was disappointed but waited by 12 o'clock I asked where I was in line I they said there was still 4 people ahead of me. Unfortunately, I also had another doctor's appointment that day and now had to leave and reschedule 2+ weeks out because I didn't have another 30+ minutes to hangout in their waiting area before being seen. Disorganized and inconsiderate to their patients time!"

"Dr Campbell has been wonderful. She took her time during my evaluation and explained everything to me. Has been great at answering questions and concerns. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The PCA Jamie and nurse Patty are earth angels. They helped ease my fears and they give the best hugs. You can tell they truly care about their patients."
