"I worked with Courtney for several months on pelvic floor and left side issues ranging from my left foot all the way up into my back. She was wonderful, meeting me where I was every step of the process, providing scalable workouts, and being responsive to the limitations I discussed with respect to where I could do exercises and what equipment worked with my house setup (nothing to tie resistance bands to!). She was kind and comforting and never judgmental when I was spotty with the workouts in between sessions. I'm in much less discomfort now and I have strategies to continue to help rebuild my left side and maintain my pelvic floor health.
