"August 15, 2023 I called mid-morning to confirm an appointment in two weeks with Dr. Rogers who is at Hamden location once a month. Person answered. I said I would like to confirm an appointment. She said, tomorrow? I said no, next week. She said, name? I gave her my last name. She asked me again. I slowly said my last name, not a complicated one. She said is that your first or last name? I said, last name. She then asked for my first name. I gave her that. She then asked when the appointment was scheduled for. I gave her the date. She then confirmed the date and the time. That quick inquiry took three times longer than it should. December 2023 Received voice mail message confirming my appointment for the following day. The name in Caller ID was Jaclyn Palmieri. Why wasn't it the name of one of the physician's or the practice?"
"Upon my appointment with her for foot pain, she diagnosed that I required surgery and put me in a foot to knee boot, which she sold me. I obtained a second opinion from an othropedic surgeon who said that my foot did not need surgery at all. I had two corns on the bottom of my foot that I couldn't see, that she should have seen, and that was the cause of my pain. No surgery, no boot necessary."
