"I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Trager for over 23 years. During that time I have felt he was the best doctor, and how lucky I was to find him. In the past year that has changed dramatically. This change has been since the pandemic, and he became a member of Trinity Health. I am not sure of the cause for this precipitous change, but I am seriously considering looking for a new primary care practice. When I have tried calling for any reason in recent months, it is almost impossible to talk to a human being. They ask me to leave a message, and someone will get back to me. No one ever does. Dr. Trager has always been an excellent physician, but at 73, I have little patience with practice's that are insensitive to the needs of their patients. I plan on confronting him when I have my annual physical soon, and if there is no change in the next few months, I will look for a doctor. Be forewarned!"
"Dr. Trager is a great doctor. His office staff are horrible. I have been calling every other day for weeks desperate for help with a problem I am working through with Dr. Trager. They keep saying they will "call me back." They don't and I've been going through a living hell all on my own. I will miss Dr. Trager but never, ever again."
"After being a patient for over 17 years. I watched a decline in office staff over the past year or so communication had declined and that is what caused Dr. Trager to no longer treat me without hearing my side of the story. It turns out he did me a favor. I now go to Newtown Primary Care and am extremely happy."
"I still feel one star is way more than they deserved. If I could have given them negative stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. Could not be more unprofessional. I had a few scans done, and called and left multiple messages asking for my results. I never received any calls back. Had to end up looking up results my self and finding another doctor to take care of the issuse. All of this was taken care of before I received a call back from one of my 6 messages."
"For a few years now I have been going to Associated Physicians. They perform as expected. I have zero problems with them. All the components I expect from a doctor are there. I hate going to any doctor, so I do not think I can give a 5 star to anyone. This 4 is the highest on my scale. I would recommend."
