"Workers don’t offer to help you, I had to chase them down. And they are inefficient, waited 20min it’s for them to open a case for headphones. They said twice the manager was coming, but no one came. She claimed she was getting the keys but I could see her the whole time standing there. Then the only checkout is at customer service which just doesn’t make sense bc it took so much longer for people who only wanted to check out."
"Went there to buy a laptop. After buying it, was sent over to Geek Squad to set it up and was helped by Serafino. He was absolutely great! Took the time explain things and answered our questions. Gave great customer service to us. I recomend him for help if you go there!"
"Brick and mortar stores are in a rapid decline and this location shows that in volumes. The staff is helpful, but there are limited items on site as if they know they will eventually close this location. I felt like I was in a dungeon. The dim lights add a low-energy vibe to the shopping experience. I might not be psychic, but I'm saying goodbye to this location in advance."
