"If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the initial phone call to the end of the service, the whole thing couldn't have been better. I have been disappointed in many service people and companies since I moved to CT, but I finally found one who exceeded my expectations. The owner of this company, Jerome Smith, was right on time, texted when he was on his way (as promised), immediately put on some very cool tread shoe covers and took a look at the job to be done. I had been concerned that he wouldn't be able to get into my dryer space, as it was really tight and small, but he did it with no problem at all. With incredible speed and agility, he got up and over my rather tall machine and did a perfect job cleaning away a LOT of dust and lint, even wiping down the machine as I requested with cleaning wipes. He explained what he was doing outside and in, even replacing the clamps on the inside vent, which were of an inferior type and were the cause of lots of dust escaping into my laundry room, and he did not even charge for those parts. He stuck to the original quote and never became impatient with me, even though I hovered annoyingly while he did the work. I explained that I had been though a lot of bad experiences with things being damaged by people doing work in my home, and he reassured me that he would never put my home at risk, and he was true to his word. He even cleaned out a second vent outside that wasn't the dryer vent (I don't even know what it was attached to, but it sure was dirty), and he was friendly the whole time, even while I asked so many questions. Next time, I will just sit in another room and not bother him because I know I can trust him completely to do the job. What a relief that I found Lint Patrol and didn't even bother calling anyone else! I'm usually not that lucky, but I sure was this time. Don't hesitate to call on Lint Patrol and do it sooner rather than later. You need this. Thanks Lint Patrol! You're the best!
