"Dr. Petit was very thorough. He took his time and answered all my questions. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Promptly seen at appointment time."
"My husband (Tom) and I have had the good fortune of being cared for by the team at Connecticut Orthopedics (Hamden Walk-In, and follow-up care). We are so grateful the quality of the care that they consistently provided in the diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and rehabilitation of his broken ankle. After years of taking family and friends to ERs the CT Orthopedics walk-in clinic provided the most efficient and professional care that was so much more better. We will never go to an ER for this kind of injury ever again. Makes no sense to do so. Additionally, the follow-up care provided by Dr. Jeffrey M. DeLott could not have been more professional, helpful or pleasant. We follow fortunate to have met him and the entire nursing, radiology and rehab team. Rhonda and Tom Pruzinsky (Hamden, CT)"
"Unprofessional and opaque admin system. I also had a very unpleasant experience with the PT department. As for the doctors, it really depends on whom you see and your conditions. Someone I know with more severe conditions had a good surgery, but I didn’t get much diagnosis or treatment with my chronic pain."
"I have had so many issues with this group. My current issue is with billing as they willingly and knowingly took more co-pay than my plan requires and won't refund me--even they admit I have a balance due. I've been calling and now have an advocate calling--every 2 weeks for the last 7 months. I have also heard from other patients they are over billing. Besides the billing...Doctor did not listen to me...spent months with no diagnosis and no plan. PT, while nice, had no real plan either. I switched clinics/doctors to finally get a diagnosis and have been helped. But still months later--I still need to call to get them to return my money."
"I felt dismissed and unheard through the appointment, which lasted less than five minutes total. The doctor told me what I already knew and did what felt like the absolute bare minimum of interacting with me before dismissing me and telling me I was essentially someone else's problem. The fact that he left the door open through the appointment was the first giveaway that he was not going to give me the care that all patients deserve. Leaving the door open was like a big red flag saying "I don't care"."
