From my initial assessment to my last appointment, the entire staff was welcoming, very knowledgeable and made each visit something to look forward to because of the progress I was making. A big thank you to the entire staff especially Lucas (PT), Joel (assessment), Farrah, Brittany and Judy (scheduling) and all the aides who helped me with my exercises. When I was discharged (yay!), I left feeling so much better and also knowing how to keep my issue in check with exercise and care going forward. I returned some weeks later because of a recurring back issue. I returned without a medical referral because I was made aware, by Lucas, that a medical referral was not necessary to start physical therapy. If I was not made aware of that, I would have started another doctor process which would have ended up as a PT referral anyway. He saved me a lot of time and money and again helped regain movement without pain that I thought I’d never have again. The staff was able to easily identify the particular areas of concern after an extensive assessment.
