I appreciated being able to come in and check on the status of my dress before they pressed and preserved it. My dress looked brand new and gorgeous. The staff at both the Hamden and Milford branch were wonderful. Professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with! I also appreciated their safety standards during these crazy COVID times."

I went to the Milford store and was helped by Marissa, she was really nice, and respectful she took care of my jacket for me. Came back and my jacket was like brand new.
