"Don’t waste your time trying to come to this place. I’ve been to the Woodbridge and Hamden location- the exact same. My therapist is great, she is the only reason I stay with them. The front desk staff etc are TERRIBLE. good luck trying to ever get in contact with anyone here unless you have their personal phone number. If I didn’t love my therapist I would have been long gone a while ago. Awful"

"The front desk is absolutely horrible. Especially Edith. My insurance was completely active and she gave me an attitude on the phone and cancelled all my appointments I had scheduled. The most important one was a med one. Completely dismissive & hung up in my face after I begged her to rebill my insurance cause there was no issue on my insurances end. The therapists are wonderful they just need a better front desk staff. They seriously need to fire Edith because she's rude and dismissive and doesnt care about anxiety or mental health issues. I'd rate the therapists 5 stars but the front desk is seriously what makes this place so horrible. Billing is just as bad."

"The only reason I am giving two stars is because my therapist was great. The front desk staff are unprofessional and waste time. I needed my records transferred to a new office, since i left this one. After putting in my release form, I had to ask them 3 times over a weeks time to send them over. Every time I asked, except the 3rd, they said they would do it that day and didn't. Now I am at risk for not getting to proper accommodations I need for my mental illness for college. I explained the urgency of the situation but they were dismissive. This is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to hound a business to do their job, its unprofessional and not my job. Now that they didn't do their job, I may have to pay the consequences. I will never recommend this place to anyone which is a shame because some of the therapists are amazing."

"Deanna is awesome. I haven't had interactions with any other staff except for billing and that's been fine after some initial confusion from my HSA."

"The staff here is awful. They schedule appointments that they don't even remember. Front desk is rude and dismissive to people. Drove from woodbridge to Hamden just to find out there's no appointment in the system. It's just a horrible place. Stay away far away. Look for something better. Shame on them."
