"I went there for balloons, but figured I'd buy some candy that I like to keep in my car. As far as cleanliness, they could use a good cleaning inside and out. The parking lot u.s your first impression of a store and theirs is a mess. Went inside and the balloon station is right up front. There were people in line so I waited probably a good 20mins. Only one guy at station. Finally get there and tell him I needed only 2 balloons, he tells me to buy them first, then come back! I was a bit annoyed. A simple sign with that instruction could do wonders. So I get the balloons abs walk around to get the rest of my stuff since I now had to stand in check out linme feet the candy and a walk around. Lots of nice stuff inside. Can find items for all your household needs. But I didn't notice any signs to direct you what was where. Rugs, kitchenware, cleaners, pots, sheets, clothing, you name it, they had it. However the candy aisle was lacking. Weird cause it was Easter Sunday. I did get a kitchen rug and a couple coasters. Then into line to checkout. I appreciated that the card machine is behind counter with the cashier. Checked out and then back in balloon line. Had to wait bc sometime had a big order. Finally get mine done and leave. They need to invest in signs."
"Great inexpensive store for diy projects. The 2 negatives are they don't restock often enough on the items I tend to need for my projects & are usually short staffed. Most of the CSR are courteous, friendly & helpful."
"Horrible customer service.. Dollar Tree **where everything is literally one dollar** has 100% better quality and always cheeper... Returns are a hassle and they dont even do store credit for returned items... They leave you stuck with no money no store credit and defective merchandise... They will rob you of your money..... Do yourself and your pocket a faver and instead go to Dollar Tree there you will be 100% satisfied.. If i could rate 0 i would."
