"I had to find a new PCP and chose this location. I was a little leery because I had seen some negative comments . But based on my initial interaction with the staff and my new PCP , I think those people were wrong. Everything went really smoothly. Alyssa ,Toni and Alexa were extremely helpful and so friendly. My new PCP is absolutely amazing . I am one of those people who gets seriously nervous before a doctors appointment. I had no issues at all once I met her. She has a way of making you feel comfortable. This will be my PCP location from now on!"
"Avoid at all cost. I made an appointment and waited 45 minutes before packing up and leaving and the place was almost empty. What's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for an hour watching a Disney movie in the waiting room? After checking in and giving them my ID they texted me a questionnaire (which was glitchy) and asked me for a photo of my ID (which they had just scanned). That questionnaire should have been offered online when I made my appointment at home. Then I had to "Check In" again online. Mask rule was not enforced or adhered to by receptionist wearing her mask around her neck and one patient was coughing up a lung at the front desk with no mask on."
"I made an appointment online and went to the facility only to find out I would not be seeing a doctor, but a tablet visit. After paying and signing in I was put into a room. There I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an update or the tablet visit. The staff did not come in to check on me and there were no tissues in the room. After blowing my nose with paper towels and sitting in an uncomfortable chair I had to leave without being checked. This is not how you treat people who are not feeling well. Will never return to this facility and will not recommend to anybody I care about."
"I was able to meet with the same doctor as I did first and follow up with him on a different day. He met my needs, and worked with me to try to first fix my pain without medication and then resort to medication only when absolutely necessary."
"Efficient staff, quick sign in. Very professional. Will go back and refer others to this location. When your PCP is just not available, DOCS is. Both in person and advanced technology video services."
