Aerus Electrolux

He worked with me about a special request. I am so pleased with my Electrolux, with the excellent service provided at Aerus, Norwalk, that not only would I recommend Electrolux vacuums, but I would highly recommend that they buy at Aerus, Norwalk!"

"The owner is very difficult person. I left my vacuum cleaner for almost a week after he told me that he would call me the next morning. When I first recall him after 6 days, I left a message. I called back later and he told me that my machine could be done faster if I did not keep calling him. It is almost a week now! I went there the day after and he told me that my motor was broken and needed $386 to fix it. He might honestly make a mistake but it was too expensive. I decided to take it to a repair shop in Westport, CT the town where I live. I was afraid at first that Westport repair would be more pricy. The gentlemen in westport repair was so polite and after a few minutes of opening my vacuum, he told me that the fan was broken. I saw it as well because he pointed it to me. The excellence news was that it cost only $100 to fix it plus he is a very nice gentlemen. This is my first negative review but I feel that I need to mention it because the price and the diagnostic was so off limit. Hope that Aerus in Norwalk will be a better place in the future."

"Nasty Dan Insultes Paying Customer! I'm not a repair man nor do I try to impersonate one, however, I do know that you don't call your customers STUPID loud enough that they can hear you -- perhaps Dan McCrory has been working too long. When I brought my Electrolux into his store I didn't bring the hose -- why would I -- the machine wasn't working...when he ask me where the hose was I told him I didn't bring it and as he walked away from the counter to "inspect" my machine I could clearly hear him say "how stupid"! Well, I am stupid because I laughed it off as just some old man trying to make a living and brought back the hose so that it could be fixed. DON'T ENTER THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INSULTED. HIS BUSINESS IS FAILING AND PERHAPS THAT'S WHY HE'S JUST PLAIN NASTY TO DEAL WITH."

"We just had a tech from Aerus named Jaecke come out to figure out why the Electrolux central vac was running while not in use. He was amazing! He showed me what happened and then proceeded to fix additional things on it. Thank you! Highly recommend. Very dependable and honest."
