"Went too Dr. Chernesky's office in Terryville for the lab. The Phlebotomist, who didn't bother to introduce herself was the RUDEST, SNOTTY, UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL THAT I'VE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH! I asked HER to also draw the lab order that was already in the system and not on the order I had with me. She said she would, I asked again just before she did the draw if she was also going too draw this other specific test, again she said "Yes, I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING! " well, apparently she doesn't know what she's doing because the specific thing I asked about WAS NOT DRAWN! HER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS ONE OF THE WORST I'VE SEEN IN MY 20+YEARS OF WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD MYSELF! Her attitude left little to be desired and I will be calling HUMAN RESOURCES at DR. CHERNESKY'S & BRISTOL HOSPITAL TO ADVISE THEM OF HER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILLS! IF SHE'S THERE, GO ELSEWHERE. You don't DROP TUBES full with blood into a basket and let them bounce off each other! You certainly DON'T SHAKE THE TUBES, YOU GENTLY INVERT THEM 8-10 TIMES, not her, she picked up all 5 tubes and SHOOK THEM LIKE SHE WAS SHAKING A CAN OF SPRAY PAINT! Rebecca Roben & her staff was great! Efficient, compassionate and thorough! My negative review in this post is strictly pertaining to the Phlebotomist who was at Terryville family medicine."
