"As of my first visit, I felt like they cared for me as a person. Every employee I interacted with was very helpful. Dr. Wong is the best. He explained everything and answered all questions. UPDATE: I went to drop off some frames so I could get my new prescription a few days after my eye exam. I sat around 10-15 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged I was there until I went to the reception desk. I was then told, someone would be helping me in a couple minutes once she came from the restroom. Fast forward 5 -7 minutes and still nobody to help me. I'm seriously disappointed in the way I was treated. (My original post had 5 stars)."
