"Every time I go it’s a train wreck with using my coupons that you folks send to me weekly. The girl behind the desk in the afternoons never knows how to process them. I usually never give a place such a low rating but I’ve been going to your shop for the last 8 months and it’s always the same song and dance. Almost comical at this point. Not to mention your night drop doesn’t work! Beyond frustrating. The cleaning of my clothes is great. I’ve been using tide for 5 years. This is the worst location. Southington CT Location. Sorry!"

"I tried Tide for the first time to have a pair of pants and jacket cleaned and pressed. Their organic cleaning supposedly uses a different soap. The cleaning itself was fine, but my jacket came back pressed improperly. The major downfall was the lapel. NEVER do you want to press the lapel down. You’ll eliminate the roll and are left with an ugly crease as pictured, and it makes the jacket look flat. Once the crease is in it’s difficult to remove. Your best bet is to get it cleaned and send it to a reliable tailor for pressing."
