"I had the worst experience with this office. I suffer from severe anxiety and not only did my physician trigger an anxiety attack, they were also rude, reluctant and incredibly unprofessional. I would suggest avoiding Dr. Lauren Castaldi. Each appointment I was met with unenthusiastic attitude and extreme disregard. The on-call system at this office was terrible. I was unable to reach my doctor after realizing I had no medication refills and would be several days without my medication. When I did reach my doctor, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. It was clear I was in a moment of panic and I was still told the office only takes calls for "emergencies" not "prescription refills." I was also in an insurance battle with this office for several months. They had inconsistent claims and caused numerous hour long phone calls with my insurance company. I would suggest looking for physicians over at the Sterling Institute - always available and super simple experience!"
