"Do not recommend, beware! I recently saw a new hire at Star Psychiatric Health. The person I saw before is leaving and it's impossible to get an appointment with Michele. The person I saw (name omitted) was awful. She was highly unorganized and unprepared. She frantically made phone calls to other colleagues during my appointment to ask them for help on how to answer my questions about my medication. She scrambled to put together a plan and overall seemed highly unqualified for her position. I am unsure of why she was hired and I will definitely not be seeing her again. She was completely unprofessional."
