"If I could give them 0 stars I would. My mother in law brought in a suit to be cleaned and they ruined the jacket. They did not tell her when she picked it up and because the policy is “complaints must be made within 24 hours”, they would not even return the cost of the cleaning. They claimed the suit was defective although it has been cleaned before without any issues. First of all, their “policy” is not posted anywhere or printed on the receipt and the manager claimed “everyone knows the policy” and could not actually print out a copy of it because the printed was broken. Manager was rude and would not take accountability for the fact that she ruined someone’s property nor did she even care! DO NOT GO THERE. You are better off using a small independently owned cleaner."

"No issues until recently. With my commute out of town the 9-5 hours don't work for me to drop & pick up my shirts, however, the 24/7 option was why I started coming there as it was closer to home. Lately, the ATM has not worked so I have to come on Saturday to pick up my shirts. When I showed up at 9:20 on Tuesday, no one was at the business and the doors were locked. The owner came out of the blinds business next door and helped me get my shirts. When I asked him about the ATM not working, he told me that his hand were tied and that he was waiting on Corporate to fix it. My response was that if they couldn't get it working, then I would have to take my business somewhere else. The one issue I had with a shirt they rectified so no issues from a laundry perspective."

"I wanted a broken zipper replaced in a pair of cargo pants. I dropped it down on a Friday and they said it should be done by Monday and that they would give me a call. No call on Monday or all week. I called the following Friday and they said they would look into it. I didn’t hear back from them. I called again five times for the next four business days and no one answered the phone. I drove there during business hours and the lights were off and the doors were locked. I tried using the 24 hr pickup machine and it said they didn’t have anything ready for me. So two weeks after I dropped off the pants, I called again and they were there. I picked up the cargo pants and guess what???? I paid for a new zipper but instead the tried to repair the old one. ( for $17.00 and a two week wait). NEVER using this business again and I will define not be recommending them."

"I could not have been any more impressed! Service was remarkable….super kind owner! I brought my dress to be dry cleaned and needed it back in two days. I had no idea that all dry cleaning is done on premises and not sent out. When I picked it up owner told me that he found a small rip in my dress and he fixed it!! Such an unnecessary yet kind gesture. Try him out for sure!"
