"If I could put 0 stars, I would. Please consider other options before deciding to send your child or loved one here. This is definitely the worst treatment center I’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. None of the staff have any sort of boundaries, when I was there there was many inappropriate conversations being had between the staff and patients. One of the boys I was there with had a really bad eating disorder and the therapist’s would take away his daily phone call if he didn’t eat. It’s like they’re looking to punish you instead of help you. Additionally one of the main male therapists there after I had left told all of the remaining patients thats knew me and befriended me not to listen to me or anything i said because i’m a “pathological liar”. Other than that being untrue and extremely unprofessional that was just one of the minuscule things that happened to me while being there. If you actually want your loved one to get better, do NOT send them to Turnbridge."

"Please reconsider before sending your loved one here. My younger brother went here and it was an all-around awful experience for the whole family. I am 23 years old with 4 years clean. There are much better alternatives for your loved one out there, especially if they are severely struggling and have been in and out of treatment already. I would not recommend Turnbridge to someone who is young and in need of a life-changing experience. This place will not challenge your loved one to change."

"Turnbridge is not much more than a regular sober-living. If your loved one is in need of series help and has been in and out of treatment already, please look into more structured, long-term, community based structured sober-living options. You will likely waste your loved ones time and money at Turnbridge."

"Foods good, Workers can be cool. Good facility. But be warned; they try to feed all the kids antidepressants to “fix” them whilst they are really just changing a serotonin pattern to a different fix… So if your kid goes here expect them to come out of some type of med."
