"The medical staff in the center was outstanding, from reception to OR, through recovery. Professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr Ganal did an excellent job, with great follow-up. The billing department provided the worst experience I've ever had with any professional group in my life. The "business manager" Linda, would not respond to my repeated (6) requests for a call back regarding an invoice. Her assistant "Rudy Ann", was completely unhelpful, rude, and abrupt. She refused to put me through to her manager, and offered no help whatsoever with my question. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise fine experience."

"My husband just had recent surgery with Dr. Yaghoubian ( extremely professional and competent) at the Western CT Orthopedic Surgical Center and we could not have had a better experience. Our pre & post nurses Erin and Nicole, our OR nurse Catherine, the nurse anesthetist Isabel and Dr. Knauft our Anesthesiologists were AMAZING!!! The facility is modern and immaculate. The staff are friendly and patient centered."
"A great facility in everyway. From scheduling to discharge the staff was wonderful. The building is spotless. Check in was done very quickly and easily. The pre-op and after surgical nurses were excellent. Dr Ganal was the surgeon and we are very pleased with his knowledge. I highly recommend going here if you need a surgery."
"The billing department is horrible. Judy was extremely rude and unhelpful when I simply called to ask if they would submit my copay to my secondary insurance since they hadn’t. She had an attitude and said that they don’t do that. She said that she would send me an itemized invoice and when I asked her how she was going to do that (mail or email) she was very nasty. Too bad they have people like this representing them because the surgery experience itself was great, but this is what I’ll remember."
