"Highly Recommend. I have had three visits with Gutter Guys and on my third visit had a couple of issues in regards to the cleaning. After submitting a requested review, I received a call from Paul who wanted to discuss my issues. I was very impressed that someone from the company would be concerned enough to make a call to me at 6:30p to follow up. We had our discussion and I learned a few things about their scheduling procedures and time frames that I had not been aware of which had resulted in my issues. I believe when a company cares enough to contact you regarding an issue and do everything they can to resolve it, it's a company worth dealing with because it shows concern for their service and their customers. "I would give zero. I have used them last 3-4 years and no problems. This year i set up my appt in Nov for 2nd week in Dec gutter cleaning. They never showed up. No problem, I called, they made some excuses and re set up appt for the following week. The guy came and said the price was $400, i said it was agreed it was$240 and need to call their office. The office agreed that i was right and while i was on phone with the office I told them the guy was getting into his van and driving away. Office apologized and had some excuse about turnover yada yada, said they would honor price and send a guy out following week. I still haven't heard from them. They use 3rd party outside contractors to do a lot of their work, they are just appointment takers during busy season. They are a rip off operation."

"They were responsive and professional contacting me. However, I don't appreciate being over charged for the gutter guard being lose. They had the audacity to charge $250 to just tighten the guard. Just a screw was needed. At that cost, just rent a ladder and do it yourself. Or just price check with other professionals."

"Replaced the gutters on the front of my house a few years ago. We discussed removing a down spout my wife never liked by the front door and they recommend replacing the old gutters with a slightly larger gutter to carry away the water that would have drained from the removed spout. So far so good. No overflowing, no leaks or loose parts. I clean them, myself so I inspect them regularly. The price was fair and the work was pretty quick and clean. They also didn’t try to tell me we needed to replace a bunch of fascia board to up the charge on the job. If you are looking to replace gutters, I would recommend Giving Gutter Guys a call."
