"Picked up my clothes after work today and just pulled them out of the sleeve when I got home. There’s a tear in my suit jacket that wasn’t there this morning. Pretty upset about that. Also, the customer service from the girl that was there @ 4:30 on 1/18/24 was subpar to say the least. She didn’t make eye contact with me the whole time I was there cashing out. It’s the same all around town so why should I expect more from this place… smh ***Follow up: I just wanted to let everyone know what’s been happening since my post. The owner responded quickly on GOOGLE and I’ve been in continuous correspondence with the manager, Sabrina, in an effort for them to remedy this situation. I changed my rating because I’m very impressed with their efforts to solve my problem. They’re sending the jacket out to get fixed. Thanks Best and the Management team!"

"1st time here! Brought in 3 sweaters to be dry cleaned. They were beautifully done and ready when I was told they would be. *side note* if you're not familiar with prices, ask first. I was a little taken aback by the $42 total ... Haven't used a dry cleaner in ages. I would highly recommend Best Cleaners in Plainville!"

"I am updating my previous review which was good, to excellent. I now know why they are called Best Cleaners. I recently brought them a red plush suit with white trimming and was concerned that it might be damaged with the cleaning process. The young woman at Best assured me that they would spot test the garment prior to cleaning to avoid any disappointment. We'll, when I picked up the suit (and hat) it was amazing! The red was a deep red color and the trim a brilliant white. I could not be more pleased with the result. And the cost was very reasonable too! They will be on the nice list for next year.
