"I just tried calling this establishment and I didn’t even get a voicemail letting me know that this was a cleaners. And I stopped by a couple of times and they were close earlier than anticipated. Normally the service has always been awesome. These past two times haven’t been that great, I will try them again to see if they’re open today. October 25 time 1:15. Wendy"

"Overall, JMS cleaners did a great job with steaming my husband's tuxedo and my wedding dress. I didn't realize that these would be sent off to a 3rd party facility until I was left waiting for my dress and my husband was waiting for his tuxedo to get dropped off when we expected to pick it up as soon as the shop opened up the following day. We were told that the dress and tux would be ready for pickup in the morning. I had called that morning because we were in the area, and even at 11:00 AM it hadn't been delivered yet. We had to wait until about noon for the truck to deliver the dress and tux. Luckily, we had given ourselves enough time in advance. However, if this was on the day of the wedding, I wouldn't be able to wait any time at all. This was a little frustrating. I understand timing may be out of the control of JMS cleaners, especially if they're using a 3rd party, but it would have been good to know when we dropped off! However, I do appreciate the friendliness of the employees at JMS cleaners, and they did a good job with steaming our wedding attire after we had come off of a plane with them."

"My first time here to drop off dress pants to be tailored & cleaned for my husband. When walking in the door I was greeted by Dijon ( sorry if her name is spelled wrong) with a big smile, she was friendly, polite & professional explained everything & told me price ahead of time. About a week or so later ( I told her no rush on the pants) I get a text that pants are done. I walked in the door & was greeted by my name which was surprising bc I only met her 1x for 5 min. I would def recommend this cleaners my husband’s work pants fit perfectly and he was very happy with the outcome. Will be going back!"
